Rules and law are living things. Sometimes as we write the funny overly specific rules and discuss them with our families, we realize that we need to adjust and amend the core rules. In this case I have drafted a rule against the hurting of animals, Matt is thinking about it. Some things are really complicated and self contradictory but still important.
