Rule 2. Section a. Part ii. We do not hurt animals or other living things for fun or carelessly.  If we are eating the animal or protecting something from an animal  or have what we believe to be a good reason we act with care and do not hurt it more than necessary.  Subsection aa. Clarification 1.

*This rule is not part of the standard Model Family Rules. It is in the extended set of Oddly Specific But Necessary rules that we or our friends needed to make. What oddly specific rules have you had to make?

Rules and law are living things. Sometimes as we write the funny overly specific rules and discuss them with our families, we realize that we need to adjust and amend the core rules. In this case I have drafted a rule against the hurting of animals, Matt is thinking about it. Some things are really complicated and self contradictory but still important.

Clarification 1. Don’t pet the stink caterpillar on the parsley.  Anymore.
